RAPE
Penal Code Section 262
Rape is arguably the most serious of sex crimes charges that can be filed. There is no statute of limitations for rape, meaning it does not matter how long ago the rape occurred, the defendant can and will face charges if the person had sexual intercourse without that persons’ consent.
